Chocolate and orange are a match made in heaven - by the well-known god Terry. We’ve used this classic combination in our recipe for a comforting chocolate orange rice pudding.
Place the milk, chocolate and orange zest in a medium sized non-stick pan. Heat gently until smooth and the chocolate has melted.
Stir in the rice and butter.
Bring to a gentle boil, stirring continuously.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer very gently for 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is soft.
Stir in the sugar and orange juice, serve immediately.
