Instructions
- Mix flour and sugar, rub in St Helen's Farm butter.
- Add tea leaves and tea, and egg to make a stiff dough.
- Roll out thinly and cut into shapes.
- Place on greased baking trays and bake in a moderate oven, 180c, 350F, Gas mark 4, for about 15 minutes.
- once cooled, decorate, we used coloured fondant icing.
