Kathleen’s Christmas cookies are the perfect afternoon treat with a cup of tea, the Earl Grey twist makes them delicious!! Cut them into Christmas shapes and get the little ones involved with decorating this festive season.

  1. Mix flour and sugar, rub in St Helen's Farm butter.
  2. Add tea leaves and tea, and egg to make a stiff dough.
  3. Roll out thinly and cut into shapes.
  4. Place on greased baking trays and bake in a moderate oven, 180c, 350F, Gas mark 4, for about 15 minutes.
  5. once cooled, decorate, we used coloured fondant icing.
