- Pre heat oven to 200˚C/Fan 180˚C/Gas 6. Grease and line 2 baking sheets
- Melt together butter, sugar and honey in a large saucepan, cool slightly
- Sift together flour and spice, stir into liquid, add cranberries, zest and egg. Beat well until smooth.
- Chill in the fridge until firm.
- Roll out to 5mm thick and cut out using Christmas cutters. Transfer to baking sheet carefully. Bake 12-15 mins until just golden.
- Cool slightly, then transfer to wire rack. Decorate.
