Instructions
- Wash and drain rice.
- Grease a 1.5 litre oven proof dish with all the butter, stir together milk, rice, sugar and orange rind.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Bake at 150C/ Fan 130C/Gas Mark 2 for approx. 2 hours until thick, creamy and golden brown on top.
- Serve topped with sprinkling of orange rind.
