- Pre heat oven to 200˚C/Fan 180˚C/Gas 6
- Cut each pastry sheet into 8 squares, brush lightly with goats’ butter. Layer one on top of the other diagonally.
- Place cheese in centre of each square, followed by 1 tsp cranberry sauce.
- Bring together all the edges of the pastry and pinch together in the middle. Place on baking tray.
- Brush with any remaining butter. Bake for 15 min until golden brown. Transfer onto kitchen paper to cool slightly, serve warm
