Goats’ cheese and Cranberry Parcels

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 200˚C/Fan 180˚C/Gas 6
  2. Cut each pastry sheet into 8 squares, brush lightly with goats’ butter. Layer one on top of the other diagonally.
  3. Place cheese in centre of each square, followed by 1 tsp cranberry sauce.
  4. Bring together all the edges of the pastry and pinch together in the middle. Place on baking tray.
  5. Brush with any remaining butter. Bake for 15 min until golden brown. Transfer onto kitchen paper to cool slightly, serve warm
