Instructions
- Sieve together the flour and salt. Rub in the butter and grated cheese.
- Add the celery and garlic and mix well.
- Add enough egg and milk to make a soft dough.
- Knead lightly to form an oblong
- Place in a well greased 1lb loaf tin
- Bake at 180C (350F) Gas 4 for 1 hour, until risen and golden brown.
