Crisp and fresh-tasting this low fat coleslaw is a perfect side to any dish, perfect in the summer to add that fruity twist.

  1. In food processor – shred cabbage and carrot, transfer to a bowl. Alternatively shred cabbage finely using a knife, add grated carrot.
  2. Mix in apple, sultanas and yogurt, stir well. Chill for at least 1 hour - Serve.
