Simple yet filling. Perfect on toast or alongside a Full English. Quick and easy way of cooking scrambled eggs.

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 150C. Place silicone liner into air-fryer and add the butter.
  2. Allow butter to melt (max 2 mins) and increase the heat the 160C
  3. Meanwhile, combine eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl and whisk until well combined. Pour egg mixture into silicone liner.
  4. Cook eggs for 2 minutes. Stir the eggs with a spatula and continue cooking until eggs are set to your liking, 4 to 5 minutes.
