Instructions
- Melt the butter and syrup over a low heat (do not allow to boil)
- Add all the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Knead until firm enough to handle.
- Roll into balls of approx 25g (1oz).
- Put on lightly oiled baking sheet leaving room for the balls to spread.
- Bake at 150C (300F) Gas 2 for 10 to 15 minutes.
