The Saint Helen’s Farm version of the classic Ginger Biscuits really packs a punch. The perfect biscuit to dunk with.

  1. Melt the butter and syrup over a low heat (do not allow to boil)
  2. Add all the dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Knead until firm enough to handle.
  4. Roll into balls of approx 25g (1oz).
  5. Put on lightly oiled baking sheet leaving room for the balls to spread.
  6. Bake at 150C (300F) Gas 2 for 10 to 15 minutes.
