Perfect over-night oats for breakfast on the go or in a hurry. Not only is it delicious it’s full of energy-releasing minerals;

  • Rich in Manganese – helps the body produce energy
  • Source of Phosphorus – helps the body produce energy
  • Source of Thiamine – helps the body produce energy

Will keep for up to 3 days if left covered in the fridge, or freeze portions for another time

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together well, cover and chill for at least 6 hours.
  2. Serve topped with your favourite fruit and nut mix.
