Goat’s Cheese Yorkshire Puddings

A oozy St Helen’s Farm twist on the classic Yorkshire pudding will wow your guests on Christmas day.

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C /Gas 6
  2. Heat oil in 12 patty tins for 10 minutes
  3. Prepare Yorkshire Pudding batter: Sift flour into a bowl, add seasoning. Add eggs and a little milk and whisk together. Then add rest of milk, mustard and whisk well.
  4. Pour into patty tins, place a cube of cheese in the centre and bake for 15-20 mins until crisp, well risen, and golden.
  5. Serve warm and garnish with a little cranberry sauce in the centre hole (optional)
