Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/Fan 160C/Gas 4. Grease and line a 30cm x 20cm baking tin.
- In a large saucepan, heat together butter, maple syrup and sugar until melted. Allow to cool slightly then add yogurt, followed by dried fruit, oats and seeds. Mix well.
- Pour into tin, press down until smooth.
- Bake for 30-40 mins until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly, then cut into slices.
