Seedy Breakfast Bars

Quick and easy to make the night before, these are the perfect grab and go breakfast bars, full of goodness and slow releasing energy, these will make sure you have the best start to your day.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/Fan 160C/Gas 4. Grease and line a 30cm x 20cm baking tin.
  2. In a large saucepan, heat together butter, maple syrup and sugar until melted. Allow to cool slightly then add yogurt, followed by dried fruit, oats and seeds. Mix well.
  3. Pour into tin, press down until smooth.
  4. Bake for 30-40 mins until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly, then cut into slices.
