- Mix the milk, eggs & sugar together.
- Cut one slice of buttered bread into 4 and put in a 2 ½ pint pudding dish, butter side up.
- Sprinkle sultanas onto the bread.
- Cut other slice into 4 and place on top of the sultanas.
- Pour on the egg mixture.
- Bake at 190C 375F Gas 5 for 45 minutes until set and golden brown.
