Tzatziki

This may be the best Tzatziki you’ve ever tasted, it’s zingy and fresh making it perfect for summer! It’s so versatile – use it as a dip, salad dressing and great for the BBQ

Instructions

  1. Grate the cucumber on the large holes of a grater. Squeeze out as much moisture as possible over the sink to make sure the Tzatziki will be creamy and not watery.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice. Season to taste and garnish with fresh dill if using.
