Instructions
- Boil potatoes until just firm, cool. Remove skin and then grate potatoes into a bowl add herbs, seasoning, cheese and egg.
- Bring together, make into 8 patty's. Chill for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat oil and butter, brown on both sides, then transfer on to baking sheet, bake at 200C /Fan 180C /Gas Mark 6 for 10-15 minutes until golden.
- To make dressing, mix natural yogurt with mustard or horseradish and honey.
- Serve with dressing as a light lunch/starter or for brunch with bacon and mushrooms!
