- Pre heat oven to 220˚C/Fan 200˚C/Gas 7.
- Sift flour in a mixing bowl, rub in butter until it looks like breadcrumbs.
- Stir in cheese, dates and a good pinch of paprika. Add seasoning.
- Stir in the yogurt and sufficient milk to make a soft dough.
- Roll out onto a floured surface, cut into rounds, place on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush with a little milk, sprinkle with seeds.
- Bake 10-15 minutes until light golden brown.
