- Place the milk, chocolate and orange zest in a medium sized non-stick pan. Heat gently until smooth and the chocolate has melted.
- Stir in the rice and butter.
- Bring to a gentle boil, stirring continuously.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer very gently for 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is soft.
- Stir in the sugar and orange juice, serve immediately.
