Mango and Lime Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 110g St Helen's Farm Fat Free Goats Yogurt
  • 50g Mango (half)
  • Juice of one lime
  • 1 tsp Honey (to taste)
  • Pinch of turmeric (optional)
  • 0.5cm fresh ginger (optional)

Method

  • Step 1

    Prepare the fruit.

  • Step 2

    Mix all ingredients in a blender.
