St Helen’s Farm creamy goats’ yogurt blended with frozen berries that definitely tastes so indulgent it shouldn’t be classed as breakfast but then it’s also super good for you.

Think an ice cream like consistency but with nutrient upon nutrient layered in. Goats’ yogurt is naturally good for you containing plenty of protein and a myriad of essential. nutrients such as calcium, phosphorus, iodine, potassium, chloride, vitamin B5, biotin and vitamin.

Smoothie Bowl Recipe St Helens Farm

Ingredients

  • 200g of St Helen's Farm goats' yogurt
  • 200g of frozen berries
  • A handful of spinach
  • A teaspoon of agave or maple syrup (optional)
  • Chia seeds, toasted almonds, kiwi and orange to top

Method

  • Blend until smooth. You may need to add a couple of splashes of goats' milk or water to do this.

    Top with the toppings and eat immediately
