Immune Boosting Kale and Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 120ml St Helen’s Farm Semi-Skimmed Goats Milk
  • Handful Kale (all stalks removed)
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple
  • 1 Kiwi
  • ¼ Cucumber

Method

  • Step 1

    Wash kale, wash and remove core from apple, peel kiwi, and chop cucumber.

  • Step 2

    Mix all ingredients in blender.

  • Step 3

    Add more milk if necessary.

  • Step 4

    Enjoy!
