Over-night oats with energy-releasing minerals! Perfect for breakfast on the go or in a hurry.

Ingredients

  • 450g St Helen's Farm Natural Yogurt
  • 200g Porridge Oats
  • Rind and juice of 1 orange
  • 1 green apple (grated)
  • 1 cup of apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Optional - nuts, seeds, dried fruit

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together well, cover and chill for at least 6 hours.

    Serve topped with your favourite fruit and nut mix.

    (Will keep for up to 3 days if left covered in the fridge, or freeze portions for another time)
