Instructions
- Sift the flour and baking powder into a large bowl. Stir in the sugar and mix thoroughly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the goat's milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add the melted butter.
- Mix all the ingredients together until smooth.
- Heat a buttered griddle pan and spoon portions of the batter onto it.
- Flip each pancake once golden brown and serve hot with fresh fruit and a dollop of creamy goat's milk yogurt.
