Instructions

  1. Sift the flour and baking powder into a large bowl. Stir in the sugar and mix thoroughly.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the goat's milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add the melted butter.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together until smooth.
  4. Heat a buttered griddle pan and spoon portions of the batter onto it.
  5. Flip each pancake once golden brown and serve hot with fresh fruit and a dollop of creamy goat's milk yogurt.
