Instructions

  1. Mix the self raising flour and 70ml of room temperature goat milk until it forms a dough.
  2. Lightly flour your worktop then roll out the dough so it’s a long strip, roughly 30cm long and 8cm wide.
  3. Make your filling by melting your goats butter in the microwave for around 20 seconds or until melted, then add your light brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Mix until it forms a liquid paste.
  4. Add your filing on top of the dough, ensuring you cover as much of it as possible but leaving a little space from the edges.
  5. Add a air fryer liner to your air fryer.
  6. Roll up your dough length ways to create your cinnamon roll.
  7. Put your cinnamon roll in air fryer, cook for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
  8. While it is cooking, make your icing by mixing the sieved icing sugar and goats milk.
  9. Once the cinnamon roll is cooked, add to a plate and pour on your icing.
