  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C /Gas 6
  2. Drizzle a little oil into 12 patty/muffin tins, place pig in each and cook for 15 mins.
  3. Prepare Yorkshire Pudding batter: Sift flour into a bowl, add seasoning. Add eggs and a little milk and whisk together. Then add rest of milk, mustard and whisk well.
  4. Remove tin from oven, turn pigs and pour some batter around each pig. Return to oven and bake for 15-20 mins until crisp, well risen, and golden.
