- Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C /Gas 6
- Drizzle a little oil into 12 patty/muffin tins, place pig in each and cook for 15 mins.
- Prepare Yorkshire Pudding batter: Sift flour into a bowl, add seasoning. Add eggs and a little milk and whisk together. Then add rest of milk, mustard and whisk well.
- Remove tin from oven, turn pigs and pour some batter around each pig. Return to oven and bake for 15-20 mins until crisp, well risen, and golden.
