Hot Cross Buns

It’s not Easter without a Hot Cross Bun! Especially when it’s made with creamy goat’s milk and that dreamy salted goat butter. 😍

Our Goat’s Milk Hot Cross Buns are soft, spiced, and studded with dried fruit and a hint of orange zest – perfect for a festive treat any time of year. Top them with a shiny glaze while they’re still warm… heaven!

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients to form dough
  2. Knead until smooth; add fruit and zest
  3. Prove 1–1.5 hours
  4. Shape into buns and prove again
  5. Pipe crosses over your buns
  6. Bake at 200°C (180°C fan) for 15–20 mins
  7. Glaze while hot
