Instructions
- Mix together the chicken, lemon juice, garlic cloves, vinegar, yogurt, oregano, sage, salt and pepper, red onion, and marinate for 1 hour.
- In a slow cooker, thread each marinated chicken onto 2 skewers. Press down firmly. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours. Once the chicken in cooked, cut it up from the sticks.
- Mix together the 2 tbsp yogurt, cucumber and pinch of salt and pepper to make the tzatziki.
- Put the chicken, tzatziki, salad and chips on the pitta, and top with Woldsway Goat's Cheese. Enjoy!
