  1. Put your butter and some oil in a pan and braise your onions until golden brown.
  2. Add in the salt, pepper, chillies, garlic, ginger, cumin and garam masala. Stir, then add your chicken.
  3. Once the chicken is soft and browned, add the peppers and tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add in the yogurt and simmer for 10 minutes.
