Instructions
- Put your butter and some oil in a pan and braise your onions until golden brown.
- Add in the salt, pepper, chillies, garlic, ginger, cumin and garam masala. Stir, then add your chicken.
- Once the chicken is soft and browned, add the peppers and tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add in the yogurt and simmer for 10 minutes.
