Instructions
- Into a blender, add the yogurt, curry powder, lime, garlic, ginger, coriander, turmeric and honey, mix till smooth.
- In a bowl, cover the chicken in the marinate and leave for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Place chicken on skewers, alongside the chunky cut veg of your choice. Place onto a hot BBQ grill until the chicken is cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
