Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring the goat milk to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
- Stir in the oats and a pinch of salt. Cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
- Add the diced apple, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until the apple softens.
- Remove from heat and stir in the maple syrup or honey.
- Serve in a bowl, topped with chopped nuts and optional dried fruit.
