My Story

Our 3-year-old son, Harrison, is autistic, non-verbal, and will only drink milk.
Before finding St. Helen’s Goat Milk, he was drinking regular cow's milk, which caused severe bloating and horrendous sickness, including travel sickness whenever we went out. This triggered his sensory issues, making it a struggle to go anywhere as a family.
However, after discovering St. Helen’s Goat Milk, Harrison has become a completely different child. He has made amazing progress and is hitting milestones that professionals told us were never possible! We no longer deal with the bloating or sickness, and Harrison is now communicating. His vocabulary is increasing every day! St. Helen’s Goat Milk has changed not only our lives but also Harrison’s life in ways we never imagined possible.
We can now enjoy days out without worrying, and Harrison’s appetite has improved significantly since we found St. Helen’s Goat Milk! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

“My GP husband learnt about this (it’s why there are now A1 & A2 types of cows’ milk) at a nutrition conference several years ago. Many people who think they are allergic to milk are, in fact, sensitive to the A1 gene only, but they could drink other milks: unfortunately A2 (OK for them) seems not now to be available in UK since Brexit (at least up here in our area of Scotland). But goats’ milk (which is free of that gene) would be fine for them. (I am a case in point, having had an ever more annoying cough trying to clear my throat until – voila! – we learnt about this gene tale.) Sounds fictitious – but NOT SO!”
