A Family Tradition: Why Goat’s Milk Has Been Our Choice for 3 Generations

As Featured on Our Milk Cartons

For nearly 30 years, goat’s milk has been a part of our family story.

It began when my daughter was a baby. After struggling with her health during the transition from breast milk to cow’s milk, we were advised to try something different—goat’s milk. It was a game-changer. From that moment on, we’ve never looked back.

Now, decades later, it’s still our family’s milk of choice. That same daughter is now a mum herself, and she gives goat’s milk to her own children. My grandchildren—Teddy (2) and Jessica (6)—are growing up with it just like their mum did. And it’s not just the little ones. Even my mum, now 85, has made the switch and wouldn’t have it any other way.

In our home, goat’s milk isn’t just a product—it’s a tradition, a comfort, and a small but meaningful part of our family’s well-being. We trust St Helen’s Farm because it’s always been there for us, through every generation.

In the photo on your milk carton, you’ll see three generations of our family—Teddy, Elizabeth, and Jessica—all happily thriving thanks to the choice we made so many years ago.

It truly is a family affair, and we’re proud to share our story with you. We’ll be choosing St Helen’s Farm for many more years to come.
